In my opinion, smaller augmentations are best done by fat grafting. If you want more volume replaced- than an implant is your best option. The procedures can be combined in the appropriate patients. This allows the implants edges to be hidden further or correct and pre-existing contour deformities that are not helped by the breast augmentation.
